Promotions terms
These terms apply only when HopiBon Holdings LLC offers a specific promotion or discount. If no promotion is active, this section is purely informational.

1. Applicability
These terms govern any promotions, discounts or offers the Firm may communicate from time to time. Each promotion may include additional specific conditions, which prevail in the event of conflict.
2. Eligibility and validity
Promotions apply to the persons and during the period indicated in each case. They may be limited in quantity, time or type of service.
3. General conditions
- Promotions cannot be combined with one another unless expressly stated.
- They have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.
- The Firm may modify, suspend or end a promotion at any time, without affecting already-acquired rights.
4. No guarantee of results
No promotion implies any guarantee of recovery or of any result. Promotions affect only the price of the service, not its nature or its outcomes.
