No. We do not recommend investments or give opinions on financial instruments. Our scope is consulting and administrative: documentation, review, dispute support and guidance.

We are an LLC formed in the U.S. (Miramar, FL). We work with clients across the U.S. and Latin America.

Can you guarantee I'll recover my money?
No. No serious consultant can guarantee fund recovery. Outcomes depend on facts, third parties and rules we don't control. What we do promise is rigor, transparency and honest execution.
What kinds of cases do you handle?
We support people and organizations that need to document a case, review administrative options, sustain a dispute with a provider, or coordinate with their lawyer. Every case is assessed individually.

How and when do I pay?
Scope and fees are agreed in writing before starting. You can pay the retainer with a custom amount from the payments page (Stripe Checkout) or receive an invoice by email.

We bill in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Do you charge a percentage on «recovered» amounts?
No. We never use commissions on supposed outcomes as a hook. Fees are transparent, agreed in writing and in advance.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Yes, subject to our policies. Review the cancellation and the disputes & refunds policies.
