The framework

Four institutional services.

The framework assembles to your case. We start by understanding the context, the facts and the documents before proposing an engagement.

01

Case documentation

We order facts, communications and receipts into a structured, traceable and citable case file.

  • Auditable timeline
  • Evidence cataloging
  • Master version of the file
02

Administrative review

An institutional read of your situation: which paths are reasonable, which are not, and what each one requires.

  • Options analysis
  • Requirements map
  • Written recommendation
03

Digital dispute support

Preparation and submission of administrative disputes per the provider's rules, with deadline tracking.

  • Dispute basis
  • Submission per rules
  • Deadline tracking
04

Client guidance

Informed accompaniment throughout the engagement. We are not lawyers or investment advisers: we guide with honesty.

  • A clear point of contact
  • Honest expectations
  • Traceable communication
What we do not do

Transparency means stating what we are not. If anyone promises you otherwise, be cautious.

Institutional notice

/01

We do not guarantee any financial, legal, investment, or recovery outcome.

/02

We are not lawyers and we do not provide legal advice.

/03

We are not investment advisers and we do not recommend investments.

/04

We never ask for your passwords, private keys, or access to your wallets or accounts.

/05

We do not contact clients unsolicited promising to recover funds.

/06

We do not use commissions on supposedly «recovered» funds as a hook.

An institutional framework is not decoration: it's the discipline that separates a well-written opinion from a real engagement.

Who we serve

Who this framework is designed for.

We work with people and organizations that need rigor — not promises. Some typical profiles:

Individuals impacted by a loss

Need to order the facts and understand real options before taking legal steps with a lawyer.

Professionals and consultants

Seek an external institutional framework to prepare a case, review documentation or support a dispute.

Companies and founders

Need structured support to document incidents, review administrative disputes or guide their team.

External advisers and lawyers

Receive from us ordered case files their own processes can cite and audit.

How we think

Institutional rigor, operational honesty.

We operate on principles that protect your information and your expectations.

Rigor

Facts, dates and documents. Written, auditable decisions.

/ 02

Transparency

Honest expectations — no empty promises. No legal language where it doesn't belong.

/ 03

Confidentiality

NDA by default. Discreet handling of your information.

/ 04

Frequently asked

What's worth knowing before we start.

Is HopiBon a law firm?
No. We are a consulting firm. We do not give legal advice or represent clients before authorities. When a case requires a lawyer, we make sure your lawyer has a well-documented file to work from.
Can you guarantee I'll recover my money?
No. No serious consultant can guarantee the recovery of funds or any specific outcome. The result depends on facts, third parties, and rules we don't control.
How are services charged?
Scope and fees are agreed in writing before we start. You can pay the retainer with a custom amount from the payments page (Stripe Checkout) or receive an invoice by email.
